loading docks. Direct truck access to the exhibit floor is accomplished via a dedicated ramp and a 35’ x 24’ roll-up door for each hall. The specially designed Skywalk and pod, one of the first in the nation, provides an unrestricted view of the exhibit floor in one or all four halls. Spanning east and west on either side of a center pod, the Skywalk houses a raw bar-style kitchen and four carpeted open-air lounges. The Skywalk is a perfect alternative for VIP functions and exhibitor or attendee lounges. Electric curtains are readily accessible should it be necessary to visibly secure the hall from above. A tastefully appointed glass-enclosed and individually climate-controlled show office overlooks Halls C and D. Easy access to the exhibit floor below and all meeting space is provided via separate elevators and escalators. Surrounding the exhibit area with direct access to the floor and amenities are 68 separate meeting rooms with a total of 144,800 square feet of flexible space. The largest, measuring 21,252 square feet, has a 25-foot-high ceiling. All are fully carpeted and divided by Modernfold soundproof walls. These meeting rooms are enhanced with acoustically advanced audio systems and individual lighting arrangements and controls.
